It seems that it is still a great time to buy here in Jackson, Wy. As the inventory climbs and the amount of buyers in the market declines, there are great deals to be had in the valley. Price reductions continue each day on the MLS and sellers are motivated. There have been 109 price reductions in the past 7 days according to the Teton Board of Realtors MLS, which is great news for someone looking to purchase. Because we are officially experiencing a buyers market, it makes it much easier for buyers to make an offer lower than the asking price without offending the seller or worrying about competing offers. Buyers also don't have to worry about making rushed decisions or entering into a bidding war. For those that are able, now is truly a great time to buy!
